Celtic-Knot Homestead

While purebred, registered LaManchas are the original livestock raised here on the homestead we have diversified our little farm to accommodate a wide range of animals.  
Our sow, Piggie Sue provides bacon seeds to be raised on our surplus goats milk each year.
Our ewes Susan and Heather are endless comedians they live cohesively with our goats, pigs or from time to time cattle.  It is my hope to use their wool for a variety of projects here on the farm.
A new addition to the homestead are the heritage breed turkeys. Primarily we have blue slate turkeys(Sunny, Stevie and Silvy and our solo red bourbon hen, Daffy.
